Everyone enjoys classes, if you are unable to get to the gym for any reason I am here to help. These can be either following a live session via Zoom or watching it back at your own pace. Here are some of the best.

Total Body Fitness

This is the perfect introductory class for everyone, all of the exercises can be adapted and made suitable for any level or ability. If its your first time i'll make it easier, and for those wanting a challenge there is always a modifier.

Boot Camp

My Boot Camp workouts can vary, they generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength work, and speed elements within each session. Essentially bursts of intense activity alternated with lighter activity.

Studio Cycling (Spin)

A fun and exciting cycling workout. An excellent all rounder, suitable for all-levels of fitness, but be prepared to work hard. Online Studio Cycling is only available to those who have their own bike, please call for details.

M-fit

A 30-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Spend less time looking at an app, and increasing the focus on your technique, range of motion and intensity

Abs Blast

Abs Blast is an intense abdominal workout aimed at developing core muscles. Up to 60mins focusing on all aspects of your abdominal muscles, helping to build strength, improve posture and tone abs those abs.

HIIT it Hard

Super intense HIIT session lasting 40-50mins, a great class for anyone who likes to push themselves. This is one class you'll know you've been in, work hard, sweat hard and HIIT it hard.

Squat Til You Drop

This class does exactly what it says on the tin, an intense session of lower body exercises designed to work the gluts and legs. This is a perfect session for anyone who is wanting to tone their tush and legs.
